Here’s how the investment club works:
100 members will pool their resources to create a $1,000,000 fund, which will be managed by ModernBlkGirl and MBG360 Inc. on their behalf. The fund will be diversified, with investments in a range of securities including bonds, stocks, options, and more. Each member will have an equal share in the fund reserves, and returns will be distributed after a two-year period.
To join:
There is an entry fee ranging from $2,000 to $3,000, along with an investment of $10,000. Membership will be determined through a lottery system, following a vetting process conducted by our team. We will be reviewing applicants from October through January, with the club officially starting on January 1st.

What to Expect During Pre-Screening:
As part of our thorough vetting process, we will perform a soft credit check and a background check to ensure compliance with our security and legal standards. Please rest assured that this process will not affect your credit score or be reflected on your credit report. These checks are purely for internal security and verification purposes.
Once your application is submitted and the screening process is complete, you will be officially entered into the Investment Club Lottery.

Our lottery process is entirely system-generated to ensure fairness and impartiality. MBG360 Inc. does not influence or manually adjust applications within this selection process.
As such, no requests for preferential treatment or expedited processing can be accommodated.
Payment Details and Deadline:
Upon acceptance, you will be required to submit your payment within 72 hours of being notified of your acceptance into the Investment Club. This payment is critical to secure your spot, as we are unable to hold memberships without completed financial transactions. Failure to submit the payment within the 72-hour window will result in your application being forfeited, and you will need to reapply and submit a new application fee if you wish to be reconsidered.
Acceptance:
If you are selected, we will call you to schedule a compliance review, go over contracts, answer any questions you may have, collect payment, and send you our special welcome gift. Please note that all steps must be completed within the required timeframe.
